Happy Valentine's Day
We traditionally celebrate Valentine's Day as a day to express our love to those we care about. We pick this one day a year to let our loved ones know how we feel. Many couples go out and celebrate with their significant others. Millions of roses are bought, sold, given and received as a symbol of romantic love. This "day of love" is a day many single people dread. They feel insignificant if they are not in a romantic relationship. That is the message they get from our society. Do not buy into that way of thinking. It is outdated and untrue. Change your thoughts. YOU are everything you need!
Love is something we should celebrate every single day. It is a constant and always presence in our lives. We need to acknowledge that and show our gratitude for it. When we send out that vibration of gratitude, the Universe will match it and bring us more to be grateful for.
Love is the highest vibration. When we vibrate in the frequency of love, we emit love and we attract love into our lives. This is a continuous cycle and raises our vibration even more.
We cannot give away something that we do not possess ourselves. We cannot love someone unconditionally until we learn to love ourselves in the same way. Self-love is the most important love of all. We need to love ourselves and meet our own needs before we can do that for others. If we do not fill ourselves up first, we get depleted of our energy, we get tired, resentful and angry.
Today is the day we honor love and all it means. Love is a noun, a verb and an adjective. It is a feeling, an experience and a knowing. Love is a thought, an emotion and an energy. It is special, unconditional and sacred. It is everywhere, encompassing everything. Love is given, received and shared. It should be celebrated every second, of every minute, of every hour, of every day. Love is all there is and the ONLY thing that matters. Love yourself. I love you!!!
